SPECIAL NOTES

Please bring at least 2 carrier bags as the volume of surplus is always unstable.

If you are collecting chilled items (e.g. Pret), please bring at least 2 cooler bags to keep the items cool and bring them back to the designated FHK Drop Off Point within 45 minutes.

ON THE BREAD RUN NIGHT

1. Call your store 30-60 minutes before closing time on the collection day to confirm if they have surplus to donate. If not, please fill out the Bread Run Record Form to let us know.

2. Arrive at your store at closing time.

3. Show the e-confirmation to the store staff.

4. Check the number of pieces of bread and sign to confirm receipt. Take an official receipt if available.

5. Fill out the Bread Run Record Form to let us know the quantity of bread you collected.

6. Bring back the surplus to the FHK Drop Off Point – the Hive Causeway Bay (18/F). [Map]

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BREAD NEXT?

The collected bread will be delivered to our charity partners across Hong Kong the following morning. They include senior centres, crisis shelters, central kitchens, and we will be able to share the list on the event date.
