Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service – Community Development Division

The Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service (HKLSS) is one of the largest NGOs in Hong Kong with more than 60 service units across the territory. They offer services to all areas of society from small children, youths, elders, families, ethnic minorities and new immigrants. The “Community Development Division” is funded by the government and serves those neighbourhoods with insufficient welfare services and recreational facilities. The division has a team of over 30 people working primarily in the Northern New Territories aims through various programmes and workshops to develop a sense of belonging and community network amongst local residents. They have been a FHK Charity Partner since 2014.
