疫情每況愈下，140萬名活在貧窮綫下的香港人因此面臨著更大的挑戰。停課、停業、公共衛生危機和持續上升的食物價格等問題令基層市民難以維持生計，食物援助的需求亦隨之增長。有前線慈善服務機構反映這段時間求助的人比平常多2-3倍。因爲人手和資金短缺，加上儲存與運送食物的資源有限，這類型慈善機構需要尋找新穎的食物捐贈模式來應付重擔。 非常時期，政府、企業和社福界需要攜手合作，共度難關。社會上每個角色都有同等的責任確保各個階層—特別是長者、低收入家庭、露宿者、外來勞工、難民和尋求庇護者等得到協助。...
