世界地球日 2023

樂餉助人，給食物二次生命!

環境危機迫在眉睫! 食物浪費若是一個國家，它將會是全球第三大的溫室氣體排放國。面對嚴重的剩食難題，香港更不能獨善其身 – 香港每天丟棄超過3,400噸食物往填堆區，相等於每六分鐘就有一輛雙層巴士重量的食物被送到堆填區，為環境帶來沉重壓力。

2023年「世界地球日」的主題是「投資地球」(Invest In Our Planet)。要令我們唯一的地球更可持續地發展，食物銀行樂餉社邀請公眾一起以行動關注食物浪費，無論是食物生產商、企業、學生還是義工，我們每人都可以盡一分力，減少剩食。樂餉助人，給食物二次生命!
