工作內容

  • 協助公眾參與團隊，以確保樂餉社的活動得以順利進行；
  • 支協食物募捐活動、學生會面活動，義工及其他社區活動；
  • 帶領義工活動簡介及倉庫參觀；
  • 協助處理文書工作及翻譯工作；
  • 協助資料輸入；
  • 協助其他突發的項目。

要求

  • 具流利中英文口語文書能力；
  • 熱衷於關心環境及社會議題；
  • 獨立工作能力強及願意在壓力下工作；
  • 判斷工作的輕重緩急，合理安排工作的優先順序；
  • 做事細心，認真，盡職盡責；
  • 具備良好的溝通能力及與善於與他人建立良好的互動關係；
  • 純熟運用微軟辦公室軟件(Microsoft office)；
  • 具運用設計軟件之經驗者優先。

工作時間

學期間：為期四個月，每星期最少工作一天 暑假期間：為期兩個月，每星期工作五天 寒假期間：為期一個月，每星期工作五天

支持我們的食物籌募團隊，對於食物捐贈網絡的發展和擴展提供支援。

Duties

  • Provide admin support to the Food Sourcing Team;
  • Approach new food donors and prepare pitching materials;
  • Assist in food donation reports and analysis;
  • Provide support in food industry research;
  • Support retail surplus collections;
  • Assist in food exhibitions or events if necessary;
  • Support with other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Open to undergraduate student who is passionate about environmental and social issues;
  • Pay close attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Interact with a range of different people, confidently and pleasantly.
  • Work independently with little supervision;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Working day

  • Ideally 1-2 full days a week during term time but can be flexible to fit in with university studies or
  • 2-month full time during summer / 1-month full time during winter break.
