As Feeding Hong Kong’s Finance Manager, Vicky Hung is responsible for financial planning, financial and management reporting, overseeing accounting operations and supporting Feeding Hong Kong’s initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Her passion is working with a great team dedicated to supporting vulnerable people and families. Feeding Hong Kong’s win-win solutions for reducing food waste – rescuing good food from being sent to landfill and instead redistributing to feed the people that need it most – have inspired her and become the key focus of her career.
During her career, Vicky has worked for various private sector organisations in senior finance positions across hospitality, trading and manufacturing sectors. Her curiosity continues to drive her to discover new possibilities and acquire a diverse and extensive set of skills and finance experience, including ERP implementation, platform divestment, and operational enhancements.
On holidays, she likes playing with her cat, or taking to the outdoors – you can bump into her hiking Hong Kong’s many beautiful trails.
