Edible Gardens

Most rooftops do nothing more than keep the rain out. But what if they could be transformed into a source of food? What if they could stop our neighbours going hungry?

Feeding Hong Kong needs a regular supply of fresh produce, and unused roof tops and other urban spaces can be converted into edible gardens that grow herbs, fruit and vegetables. As a bonus, these plants make Hong Kong a greener, more pleasant and more sustainable place to live.

If you would like to start an edible garden, or know someone who might, please contact us.
